Join Author of Lead Coach of Group Coaching Essentials, Jennifer Britton, for the 5 session, Activate Your Group and Team Coaching Superpower Program. This is offered on zoom, and is geared to support group and team coaches wanting to develop their professional ipact.

The program includes five weeks of training supporting you to learn more about your unique strengths and presence as a coach, so you can partner more effectively with others.
This program is based on the new Team and Group Coaching Superpower Quiz. This quiz was created by Jennifer based on her many years of support to group and team coaches, and seeing how different coaches gravitate to different tools, bringing unique strengths and talents.
The Activate Your Group and Team Coaching Superpower Training runs for five weeks and covers:
Week 1 – Overview of the 5 Team and Group Coaching Superpowers, enablers and pitfalls. Core Group and Team Coaching Essentials and Enablers
Week 2 – In Focus: Catalytic Firecracker, Ecosystem Connector. Design Elements for Powerful Team and Group Coaching for all superpowers.
Week 3 – In Focus: Spiral Lighthouse, and Grounded Labyrinth. Activating Your Superpower for Business Development and Marketing.
Week 4 – In Focus: Creative Toolmaster. Building our your Toolkit of Unique Approaches (from Conversation Sparkers, to kinesthetic approaches, visuals, to questions and experiential processes)
Week 5 – Co-Coaching. Activating your partnerships by leveraging your unique style
The program also includes a 15 minute 1-1 with Jennifer pre-program, and post-program, along with a growing list of resources, slides, checklists and module notes to support you and your growth.
Note that this is program #4 in the 70 and 125 hour Certificate Pathways for Team Coaching and Group Coaching.
This program is offered in a 5 week and 1.5 day virtual format.
The program can be taken individually (a la carte) or as part of the Team Coaching Certificate training we offer. This is course #4 in the series of 6 courses (70 hours) or 10 courses (125 hours of team coaching training)

What Style are You?
This program is approved from October 1 2022 to October 31 2023 for 14 hours of CCEs with ICF. That includes 11 hours of core competencies and 3 hours of other (resource development).
Certificates are issued upon successful course completion which includes Blended Learning Assignment, Practicum component, final evaluation form completed and returned, and pre and post 1-1 15 minute call.
