We all have lots of ideas in our heads. Why not get them out on paper and start bringing them to life?

Join Jennifer Britton for a special LEAP YEAR Design Sprint -- a one hour Design process aimed at getting you moving real-time step by step towards outlining your next workshop, retreat, product, group coaching or even a book! 

I've been using this process with handfuls of coaches since 2016 and we've seen all of these types of programs and products created.

In honor of what would have been my grandmother's 38th birthday (she was a LEAP  year baby born in 1904) I'm offering this process to all coaches interested.

Here's what you need to know

The Design Sprint will also include a special Ask Me Anything evening conversation where you can bring your questions BIG and SMALL around coaching, programming, products, entrepreneurship etc. This call will be held from 7 - 8 pm ET on Thursday February 29th. It will be recorded if you can't make it for those who buy a ticket to the Design Sprint. 

The sprint will take place from 830 - 930 am ET on Thursday February 29th on ZOOM. Zoom details will be sent to everyone directly from Jennifer 24 hours in advance of the session.

You need to bring a project you are working on - it could be a workshop, retreat, group coaching process, team coaching process.

The sprint will consist of a series of prompts where you will be writing down your ideas. 

The sprint will get you started, BUT not complete...that's where I'm offering some 1-1 time as a follow up to help you keep your momentum, and ideas, flowing.
