Coaching training programs are offered in a one to five day format to your managers and leaders, designed to provide your internal team with skills, practice and feedback in core coaching skills and tools. Group Coaching Skills Training (For HR and Training Professionals) Group Coaching training is based on the International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited CCE (Coach Continuing Education) methodology included in the Group Coaching Essentials, Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum, and Group Coaching Intensive programs which we have delivered since 2006. Each program is customized to your specific needs and budget. Programs are delivered by Jennifer Britton, author of Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2010) who published is recognized as an expert and thought leader in the area of group coaching. Typically Group Coaching skills training is delivered in a 1-3 day format in format.
If you are looking for shorter training, the Group Coaching Essentials program (accredited for 8.75 hrs of ICF CCEs) can also be delivered by zoom/web to your internal team of coaches/trainers.
All coaching training programs have the option to follow up with a group coaching format to support the sustainability and transferability of the learning into the work place.
