Team Coaching continues to grow in popularity and demand by coaches and clients alike.
Join Jennifer Britton and her team for 60+ and 125 hour training, specifically geared to Coaching Many (Team Coaching and Group Coaching). We've been training coaches in this area since 2006 through ICF-CCE approved programming.
Training usually begins with our Essentials programming - Team Coaching Essentials (6 week or 1.5 day virtual offerings), followed by the Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum (6 week offering) and/ or Group Coaching Essentials (10 CCes). These 3 courses are commonly referred to as the TRIFECTA.
Our Advanced courses are geared to coaches who have already taken some group or team coaching training as they focus more on the development of you as a coach, through
ACTIVATING YOUR GROUP AND TEAM COACHING SUPERPOWERS - 14 CCES (Course 4)
Coaching Diverse Teams and Groups with the Work Styles - 14 CCES (Course 5) and
NLEA - Neuroscience, Learning and Experiential Approaches for Group and Team Coaches - 14 hours
Our 60+ hour offering includes six courses (with a pre-requisite of Group Coaching Essentials), and 10 courses in the 125 hour team coaching training offering. It is recommended to take courses in the order outlined below, as they do build on each other.
Our training is known to be:
* Experiential in nature - you'll learn through weekly assignments, modelling of snippets during the call
* Practitioner focused - We are known for the practical interpretations of this work, supporting coaches with the HOW TOs, and connecting you with the theory and research you need
* Focused on the evolving workspace with a primary focus on virtual and hybrid work. What we teach is also applicable to in-person programming
* Globally focused - our work, and team, are spread across continents, reflecting our foundation in working with global virtual and hybrid teams for the last 3 decades.
Back by popular demand is our more intensive group and team coaching training, remaining virtual for now. Participate in a majority of the Team and Group Coaching training programs we offer in a more condensed, intensive way. Most programs run 1- 1.5 days, condensing what normally is 5-6 weeks of learning.
This programming is ideal for coaches who want to build out their group and team coaching training, while working towards a more substantive certification. Modules in this program can be taken a la carte or as part of the entire series.
This November our intensive programming will be led and facilitated by Jennifer Britton, Potentials Realized founder, and author of From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching, and Effective Group Coaching.
NOTE: Our training can be applied to your ACTC Pathway with the ICF. Note 60 hours of Team Coaching Training (as outlined above) is requried, PLUS Coaching Supervision.
