This program is approved for 14 hours of CCEs with the ICF (including 10 hours of core competencies, 4 hours of resource development)

**Note: Eligibility for TCE/practicum savings (200 USD) requires participants to take each program consecutively within three months, and six months if purchasing the TRIFECTA bundle (~240USD savings).
Team Coaching Essentials includes six modules focusing on the the foundation of team coaching, with a special emphasis on the evolving world of work including hybrid work, those who work remotely and those who are back in person.
During our six weeks together we will take a deep dive into the theory AND practice of coaching teams.
We'll be exploring the following topics:
Week 1 – Team Coaching Fundamentals
Week 1 explores the fundamentals of the art and science of team coaching including:
Week 2 - Team Foundations in the Evolving Work World including Remote and Hybrid Work
Week 3 - Design and Engagement in a Virtual Space
Week 4 - Core Issues
Week 5 - The Business of Teams Coaching
Week 6 – Collaboration and Tricky Issues

There is also a Blended Learning Assignment with this program where coaches will get the chance to dive into videos on related topics.
BONUS ADDITION - A one-hour Design Sprint where coaches are invited to work through (real-time) the design of their own programming and process for team coaching.
Coaches can opt to continue their learning via practice and feedback in the Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum, an additional 6 weeks of hands-on learning with Jennifer and her team. The Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum is approved by the International Coach Federation for 10 CCEs.
