​Engagement rates are declining (Gallup, 2024), trust is low, and burnout is at its highest rate (42% in Canada in 2024). Teams need a different type of conversation. One that focuses on RELATIONSHIPS and RESULTS.

Team Coaching Essentials includes six modules focusing on the the foundation of team coaching, with a special emphasis on the evolving world of work including AI-team partnership, hybrid work, those who work remotely and those who are back in person.

During our six weeks together we will take a deep dive into the theory AND practice of coaching teams. This is a foundational course and covers a range of topics, and models.

We'll be exploring the following topics:

• Designing for an AI-Enabled World

 
Week 4 - Core Issues

• Coaching for Results and Relationships
• Coaching Conflict
• Exploring Roles within Teams

• Co-facilitation and co-coaching
• Collaboration in an EI enabled world

There is also a Blended Learning Assignment with this program where coaches will get the chance to dive into videos on related topics. 

BONUS ADDITION - A one-hour Design Sprint where coaches are invited to work through (real-time) the design of their own programming and process for team coaching.

Coaches can opt to continue their learning via practice and feedback in the Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum, an additional 6 weeks of hands-on learning with Jennifer and her team. The Advanced Group and Team Coaching Practicum is approved by the International Coach Federation for 10 CCEs.

This program is geared for coaches who want to gain a foundation in "Coaching Many" group and team coaching, with an emphasis on coaching teams in the evolving workspaces, particularly in the virtual, remote and hybrid space.

The program is led by Jennifer Britton and her team of experienced team coaches. Jennifer is the author of several books including From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching, Effective Virtual Conversations, and her latest book, Reconnecting Workspaces: Pathways to Thrive in the Virtual, Remote and Hybrid World.
