As author of five books including Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2010) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013), and Effective Virtual Conversations (2017) Jennifer is considered a thought leader in the field of coaching groups and teams.

She brings a coach-approach to her presentation placing an emphasis on goal-setting, awareness, action and personal accountability. As a former virtual team leader and Program Director who was based and worked throughout Central and South America, the Caribbean and Europe, with the United Nations and Canadian and British NGOs, her stories of real time leadership and teamwork are entertaining and inspiring!
