Join us for an eight month deep dive into building out your Brand as a Coach to have greater impact and reach. This program is geared to support you helping you STAND OUT as "THE person\"in your coaching niche. Two Amplify Masterminds run each year. From November 15 2024 - June 30 2025 We'll be focusing on AMPLIFYING YOU and YOUR business We'll be meeting weekly for our bookend calls - Monday Catalyst calls for 30 minutes to get started and Friday Focus and Flow on Fridays from 1230 - 2 pm ET. There will be for group calls, monthly 1-1 coaching, and intensive virtual sessions (including 2 half day virtual retreats) to support you in AMPLIFYING YOUR Business in Six Key Areas. As you work on building out your platform we're also going to be shoring up some of the foundations of a long-term sustainable business, via the Super 6. The AMPLIFY Mastermind is geared to AMPLIFY YOU in 6 core areas as a coach - YOU, Your Message, Your Business, Your Products and Services, Your Offers and Your Connections. Every six months we take a deep dive around one of these SIX areas while exploring others at the same time. This program is geared to EXPAND your presence, deepen your skills as a coach and facilitator, honing your design skills and building out your toolkit, with a specialization on group and team programs, especially in the evolving workspace - whether you lead programming in person, virtually or in-person. Join me, Jennifer Britton. Over the past 20 years I've become known as a group coaching thought leader, pioneer and innovator in the coaching space. I've always been ahead of the curve. I wrote and published Effective Group Coaching, the world's first book on Group Coaching, in 2009 with Wiley. 2013 was the year I released "From One To Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching", coining the term Coaching Many which is now commonplace. In 2017, I released Effective Virtual Conversations. PlanDoTrack and Coaching Business Builder followed, workbook planners which are being used by thousands around the world. The Reconnecting Workspaces series has been a "go-to" remote and hybrid resource by federal workspaces, corporations and not-for-profits since 2021. The world is ever-changing and coaching is changing too. Let's REIMAGINE and RE-CREATE WHO we are as Coaches, and what we offer. The AMPLIFY Mastermind is a 6 month program that supports YOU to zoom into your strengths and to build from that place. It's a combo of coaching, mentoring, learning, and masterminding. As part of AMPLIFYing your VOICE, we're going to be unearthing your strengths, your Sweetspot, your unique capabilities to AMPLIFY your BRAND and MESSAGE. We'll also unearth your offers (which will be our focus of the next round of Ampify in Q4 2024 and Q1 2025). Why a Six-Month Mastermind? Why not 1 year?
Over the last 20 years of working with wide variety of coaches and other business owners, primarily digital entrepreneurs I’ve noticed how sustaining the deep focus of a one year cycle can be challenging. That’s why we’re going for 6 months. To give you 2 business cycles of 2 quarters (or 180 days) so you can plan, put things into action, learn from feedback and what happens, refine and then do it again!
As a business it may take at least 90 days to create a program, yet not launch it. 180 days is a good support cycle.

How long does this program run for? This program runs for 6 months - from May 1 2024 to October 31, 2024 or November 1 to April 30 2025. Those who register for a 2nd six month period will be able to join for the full year at a total discounted rate of $2000 US per month (and payable in 12 monthly installments).
How is this program different from all other programs? This program is "our Cadillac version" or the "BIG KAHUNA" and includes a blend of individual 1-1 support, group programming with our mainstream programming PLUS Special AMPLIFY Mastermind programming as well. As a special BONUS given that this is to focus on YOU and AMPLIFYING Your Brand, we'll also be co-publishing a book together.
WHY should I consider this? Businesses grow through consistent focus and action. This program provides you with the best of learning and action plus support directly with Jennifer.
