Join Reconnecting Workspaces Author, and Hybrid Work Style Quiz™ creator, Jennifer Britton, for the 5 session, Hybrid Work Style Coach Program. This is offered on zoom The program includes five weeks of training, equipping coaches to incorporate the Hybrid Work Styles Quiz into their work as a coach. The Hybrid Work Styles™ Quiz launched in August 2021, and has been taken by hundreds, expanding their understanding of their own unique work style in the hybrid world, as well as growing their understanding of how others may be motivated to work in their hybrid teams. Expanding our awareness of self, and our impact on others, is a critical part of hybrid working success. The Coaching the Hybrid Work Styles™ Training runs for five weeks and covers: Week 1 – Overview of the 5 Hybrid Work Styles™, enablers and pitfalls. Core Hybrid Essentials and Enablers Week 2 – In Focus: Builder and Visionary Styles Week 3 – In Focus: Innovative Experimenter and Culture Wizard Styles Week 4 – In Focus: Connector Styles and Developing Style Fluency Weeks 5 – Coaching and Team Development around the Hybrid Work Styles You will also be invited to lead a short 15-20 minute group or team coaching conversation practicum during this program PLUS complete a 3 hour Blended Learning Assignment which takes the form of a book report. (Book of your choice and it's connection to the core coaching competencies and the Hybrid Work Styles) ** We reserve the right to defer you to a future training cohort if we don’t meet the course minimum (3 participants) to run the program. |
