When we opened our doors in April 2004 a bulk of our work was in support of teams - intact teams, projects teams, teams wanting to get better, teams in change.

In 2025 our focus is no different. While we are well known for training thousands of coaches in group and team coaching since 2006, we continue to offer team support through

  • taking teams through the Coaching Teams Through Chaos framework (the foundation of a 3-6 month team coaching engagement or 5 days of intensive on-site work)
