In addition to the bi-weekly group calls, every month also includes a special WORKING Session for you and your business. This is either a
  • Monthly Planning session (45-60 minutes)
  • a program Design Sprint (45 minutes),
  • or a quarterly Get it Done Day (4 hours of focused effort on tackling your most important projects).

This program is suited for coaches who want:
  • Ongoing support throughout the year
  • A small community of other professionals to connect in with (Group size is capped at 10)
  • A high touch group program where you will get group coaching and mentoring from Jennifer
  • A regular (bi-weekly) accountability structure to focus on your business

This program is not suited for coaches who want:
  • To take a deep dive in a short amount of time. Jennifer's Coaching Biz Mastermind which runs for 7 months will be a better fit for those wanting to build their business assets and plans in ashorter window
  • A replacement for 1-1 coaching - Group programs are rarely a replacement for 1-1 time. Lab members can always add on individual coaching sessions at a special discounted Lab rate

In addition to these bi-weekly calls you'll participate in a special monthly session which might be a Design Sprint for your Business and Programming, a quarterly planning session or a Get it done afternoon .
