Businss is done through relationships. It’s critical that we spend time building quality relationships with others. That may include potential collaborators in your field, as well as building connections with peers like in this program.

​ Today we are going to look at Amplifier #5 – Your Results

While this comes as #5 in fact amplifying your results is the core of all we do and all we communicate. While we’ve already done work on your vision, values, mission and purpose, we’ll return to that.

Over the course of our work together in the Amplify Mastermind, we'll also build out a Strategic Plan and if you  haven’t already booked your half day Business Design Session with me we’ll hold that. The Design Session will leave you with the opportunity to build out your Business Canvas and get further clarity on where you are and where you are going.

Another way you will be AMPLIFYING Your RESULTS is by getting clear on your STRENGTHS.

Together with the Strengths work we are doing as part of this program (you’ll have access to your Top 34 in CliftonStrengths and also have the opportunity to complete your Coaching Superpowers and Hybrid Work Styles), you are going to be much clearer on the unique levers and activators you can draw on for results.

What's possible for you and your business this year?

Welcome back to Week 11 of the 52 Weeks of Coaching Business Builder. This week we take a bit of an offshoot from Coaching Business Builder to some of our upcoming 2024 programming – the AMPLIFY Mastermind which starts on May 1st 2024. Geared for coaches who are looking for a comprehensive deep dive into AMPLIFYING different areas of their business, in an intensive, holistic way.

Over six months, from May to October we’ll be taking a deep dive into AMPLIFICATION in 6 core areas which I call the Super SIX Amplifiers™  -

FIRST, what does AMPLIFY MEAN?
The Merriam Webster Dictionary defines AMPLIFY as:

To expand
: to expand (something, such as a statement) by the use of detail or illustration or by closer analysis. 2. a. : to make larger or greater (as in amount, importance, or intensity) : increase.
 
In the Mastermind program each month is going to amplify a different layer required for business success.
 
What does it mean to AMPLIFY ourselves?
As we discuss in ACTIVATE your Group and Team Coahcing Superpowers, expanding our range and capacity as a group and team coach is critical.
 
As we explore AMPLIFYING YOU we are going to explore in Month 1 of the program (May 2024):
Vision
Values
Strengths
Ecosystem
Differentiation
 
While many of these are things you may already have in place, they are also cornerstones and foundations that we want to revisit regularly.
Learning modules will explore Vision, and Values, and I’ll be doing a Strengths Coaching session with each coach leveraging the power of the Clifton Strengths.
You’ll leave the month clear on your ecosystem and also what makes you different than other coaching businesses.
